Our aim is to make the settlement process as smooth and stress free as possible. We do this by carefully checking over your contract and ensuring all special conditions have been followed up - such as your termite & building reports. We also liaise closely with your broker and bank so that they have everything they need to be ready for settlement by the due date. We also confirm settlement with all the local government authorities on your behalf.
